Why Cant Green Card Holder Vote? Could Face Deportation
According to The New York Times, legal immigrants (including
those who have green cards) who register to vote could face
deportation charges for it. Please read the following two articles

Immigration Debate is Tiring.
The immigration debate is tiring; skilled, unskilled and
brilliant our country needs them all. Businesses should not be
limited to only U.S. workers, nor should the government tell
business who they can/cannot hire; nor should we encourage
companies to set up shop and jobs overseas. Just the opposite.
Three legitimate issues for an immigrant workforce remain: a
security check, payment into the federal tax system, and no
wholesale undercutting U.S. wage scale (if a business does opt for
a non citizen worker). The world has changed and our immigration
system is outdated and inefficient, hurting our business community
and our ability to compete in the world. None of this is to say
U.S. citizens are not a vital and important resource for U.S.
companies. However, artificially protecting U.S. workers, giving
them a leg up against foreign competition, is a system of welfare.
The business community must be free to make their own hiring
decisions provided they are not destroying our U.S. wage scale by
focusing on a community that may, at least initially, be willing to
work for less. Yes, wages go up and down based on supply and
demand, but today our jobs are leaving the U.S. shoresRead
